The other De Havilland product taken over by SAA from Union Airways was a single DH Puss Moth. It was deemed to be unsuitable for airline operations and was used briefly by SAA for meteorological flights. Eventually it was sold to Spencer Airways in Rhodesia.

Modelling
The following kits have been produced over the years that will allow the modeller to build a model of this aircraft.
Ouch Ouch Ouch. In 1/72nd scale the only kit I am aware of is the Omega resin one recently released. At around 43.00 pounds I am passing on this one for the time being.
Colours
It is most likely they remained in the colours that they were finished in whilst operating with Union Airways. From photographic evidence this shows the aircraft fuselages were painted in a two tone scheme which could possibly of been in the in the corporate colours of red and yellow.
Decals
At the time of writing no dedicated decals have been produced to allow the modeller to build an SAA operated aircraft. Although being registration codes that appear to be outlined it should not be too difficult to reproduce them.
